Update

Well we have a problem. You see, I somehow, forgot my passcode to yahoo mail for this account. This may seem simple to everyone else. However, the personal information that I have offered them doesn't seem to match up with anything else they have on file. So this is the reason that there haven't been any updates on here.

If you sent your story to me, could you please do so again? This time would you please send it to smile_zil@yahoo.ca? Thanks. I really hope people will send them again.

Remember, you can send the stories with different names.

Thanks everyone.

Introduction to what I am doing

So I will be the first to admit it: I am nosy. Very nosy. I love to find out how people met and what drew them together. I am always asking people to tell their story of the beginning of their relationship. I can see the sparkle in their eyes as they relive their story through shared memories, and it is often humourous as the other person in the relationship interjects and corrects or contributes to the story. At times, it has even helped to reignite something that may be have dimmed.

All that said, I have decided to take my nosiness to a new level. I'm guessing that as much as I enjoy hearing these stories, I'm not alone: you would like to hear them too. I am compiling stories to arrange into a book to share with the world and bring a smile to everyone's face.

I invite you to share your love story with me. Email me your story, peppered with photos if you'd like, to: tellmeyourstory@yahoo.ca

A few ground rules: I will review and edit your post for spelling/grammar/offensive bits and post it on this blog for all to enjoy. In turn, you agree to give permission for me to use your submissions and photos in my book, without any expectation of financial compensation. I will use them for no other purpose than to compile this blog and, if selected, for inclusion into the book. If you would prefer to be anonymous, feel free.
